HealthScorer is an independent reference project. We do not currently operate a public support channel, accept user-submitted medical questions, or respond to individual health advice requests — by design. The reasons are outlined in our editorial process and about pages.

If you spotted a factual error in one of our calculators or reference articles, the most useful thing you can do is cite the relevant primary source (peer-reviewed paper, official guideline, or government health body publication) and the page on which the issue appears. We periodically review every calculator against its source list; documented errors get prioritized.

For everything else — partnerships, press, advertising, hiring — we are not currently taking inquiries.

Privacy and data protection

There is one channel that is always open, because the law requires it. HealthScorer is the data controller for the personal data described in our privacy policy, and every data-subject request — access, erasure, objection, portability — goes to contact@healthscorer.com. We answer within one month, as Article 12(3) GDPR requires. Use the same address to report a factual error you would rather not describe in public.
